WARNING! DO NOT BUY!

This sofa comes with wrong legs...Macy's took 6 weeks to send replacement legs and even that does not fit...Customer services wants 15% fees for returning the sofa!!!

The legs

The furniture is beautiful however; the legs don’t match with the screws. When I tighten the legs to the furniture, the screws are not in alignment with the legs/furniture.

Great sturdy sofa and loveseat

I bought the Collyn sofa and loveseat for my family room. They are made beautifully. The leather is heavy and durable which is what I was looking for. They look great and are very comfortable. My husband is a big guy so furniture can take a beating from him. These strong and durable sofas should do the trick!

looks good but not good quality

I bought and had to return it for being a defective sofa. the moment you sit on it, it sinks and does not return to the original shape, also the color is a bit darker thank beige. The quality is no longer there, Macys used to be good .

pleasantly surprised

I purchased the sofa and loveseat in the beige color. Nice size, beautifully crafted comfortable; just a beautiful set. i’m so happy with my purchased AND it was on SALE !!! Highly recommend!

Defective

Do not buy.Defective.Received this couch with inside delivery. Bad idea.Thought:How hard could it be to attach legs?Well, it’s pretty hard when they send the wrong legs.Sofa had 2 receivers for the screws.Legs are attached to a metal plate & each plate had 3 holes to attach to sofa.4 legs+ 3 screws for each=12 screws.8 places on the sofa to attachthem.Uhhhh.Q:How does that work?A: It doesn’t.Called customer service.Was told to wait for a tech to come out.Was told it would take 5 days for the 3rd party techcompany to call me. Then was told if the tech did not have a solution there would be another time delay for a 3rd party delivery service to retrieve the defective sofa.I was expected to keep this 7 foot box in the middle of my living room for at least 3 weeks.Ridiculous.Two adults could not Complete the simple task of affixing legs to the couch. This is because the legs sent do not fit this couch.In no way shape or form.Must pay 15% restock for defective item.DO NOT BUY!
