Not too thrilled so far

It has been 30 days since I started sleeping on this and it still feels very firm. It's starting to hurt my back and definitely doesn't feel anything like the one in the store on display. It looks the same and the tags match, but when will it become as soft as the one in the store? If I wanted a firm mattress, I would have purchased a firm mattress.
