Best on the go cup

I love the contigo brand. They are easy to clean and carry with you. They keep my liquids cold for hours. I've never had one leak. They last a long time.

Do not buy! You cannot clean it.

It was a decent water bottle until black mold started forming around the bite spout. I tried a small bottle brush but it won’t clean it completely. I popped out the bite spout to fully clean it but you cannot pop it back in. Now I have a broken water bottle that cannot be recycled and will end up in a landfill.

Design Flaw

This is the 5th Contigo product we have owned. I like the flip-up spout design but the plastic shell around the mouthpiece needs some work. I accidentally knocked it off my side table onto carpet and the shell broke. It snaps around the silicone mouthpiece and now the tiny clips that hold the 2 pieces together broke off and it wont stay together any longer. I Super Glued it back together, not sure how long this will last. Needs a more robust design on the flip up mouthpiece. Otherwise, typical Contigo quality.

It looks in good condition, I like it a lot.

I didn't like that thermos either, I've never used it and besides, I can't give many details about it, to be honest.I hope everyone can invest their money in this product, it looks quite beautiful and I liked it.

Replacement Parts Not Easily Found

My daughter really loves her water bottle, but the rubber mouth part got a crack and now leaks and I can’t find replacement parts. This should be fairly simple since these are so expensive they are an investment. I feel that they are probably available, but I would’ve expected to go to the website and have a section called replacement parts, especially since this appears to be a common issue.

It leaks!

It leaks! When it falls on it's side it leaks all over everything! Hard to clean all nooks & crannies from getting mildew.

Very bad product
