Too soft and complicated

It’s not worth the money, and Macy’s return policies are equally bad. Upon return told to wait 2 weeks before seller will return the money…

Other occasion to buy:Scam. Tracking says delivered, but it was not. Nothing on the Ring cam all day. Macy’s refused to refund my money or actually send one.

It never arrived. Macys refused to refund my money or send a new one.
