I was surprised at buying this sofa directly from the web site. Once it was assembled, it sits happily in my office and can be used as an additional bed for guests, it does not have those dreaded springs that sofa bed still come with, so it's a solid piece of furniture. I am elderly and needed the help of two strong young men to help assembled it and had to email customer service and they quickly responded with guidance.

No service.
I ordered this sleeper sofa for my guest room. I did not see any references to delivery service of any type. I have been a Macy’s customer since I was in my twenties…I am now 75 years old and am so disappointed in Macy’s about this purchase. The delivery truck dropped two crates near my garage and did not ring my doorbell to alert me. I was not informed it was a drop shipment. I had to call for help to bring the crates into my home and upstairs to the guest room. The instructions are some stick etchings with alphabetical and numeric characters dotted around them. This is the most basic attempt at services provided by a department stor. It certainly does not reflect positively for Macy’s or their third market sellers. Horrible service is worse than no service at all. Even when Wayfair botched a delivery for a prior mattress purchase, they apologized by NOT charging me for the major inconvenience caused by their bad non-delivery service. No wonder most of your stores are closed down now
