…. inside of pan will chip/scratch

…. inside of pan will chip/scratch if use metal utensils; you have to use Teflon! So I have to purchase all new cooking utensils!

Bad

I ordered on February 17th and just received it March 15th. It came scratched on bottom and sides. The handle was cut and feels dented on side. Tried adding pictures but it's not letting me. I expected more from Macy's!

Good Pan, Bad Shipping

Fry pan is nice. Tried 2 but can't get Macy's to put them in a big enough box to keep them from getting bent during shipping. 0 for 2 so far on getting a package that isn't damaged. 13" wide box for 14" wide fry pan.
