Works great, hard to clean

I have used this pot several times for different items. It is good for boiling water and making pasta. However, when used for other things it becomes hard to clean and needs a lot of soaking and scrubbing. Overall it does not get used as much as others I own.

Great staple of cookware

Excellent construction and even distribution of heat for thorough cooking/heating. This is a great staple piece of cookware to have in anyone's kitchen. I have been using it for sides and sauces. Cleans like a breeze too.

Terrific!

Have had this for several months and it has become my go to pan. It’s lightweight but durable and really looks good. My wife is fussy and she says it’s the best saucepan we have. Don’t hesitate buying this!

Attractive, solid and functional

The main thing I look for in a pan is weight. A good solid bottom to distribute heat. This pan has it. Holding it in the hand, it feels substantial, durable, and real. The lif fits snuggly. The handle has a cutout near the pan itself that releases heat and keeps the handle from getting unusably hot. This is a no-nonsense, built to last pan- no rubber, no non-stick foolishness, no copper. I love it.

Perfect

I got this a month ago and I am loving it. I use it for pretty much everything. Its solid and heavy. It heats evenly and washes easily. I've even run it through the dishwasher quite a few times without a problem.

So much nicer than my old saucepan

I love to cook and some of my pots and pans are industrial/restaurant grade, some are not. I was happy to be able to pick this saucepan up to round-out my lineup of saucepans. The ones I have right now don't heat evenly and also tend not to retain heat. I love stainless steel as it is easier to clean and you don't have to worry about someone accidentally using a metal utensil to stir whatever they happen to be making, unlike non-stick. I am looking forward to using this one for making gravy and such on Thanksgiving.

Study pot

This pot feels very high end and high quality! Its heavy and very durable. The handle does not get hot either which is really nice when its on the stovetop and you need to move it! For me its the perfect size to make an entire box of pasta or a large stew or soup. Keep in mind it is stainless steel and not non-stick which personally I really like!
