My new favorite pan

I love this pan. I use it for everything now because it is so versatile. I brown meats in it and then it goes into the oven. The handle stays cool ( except in the oven) and once I learned to wash it while hot or warm in warm water, I found myself preparing my whole meal in it. The vinegar tip in the directions really made a difference in removing all discoloration and now it’s no longer needed. I guess it needed “seasoning” like iron pots.
