Fake sellers fake items they will not ship

Fake sellers fake items they will not ship, i ordered this twice from Macy's , India customer service that keep saying NO WORRIES IT WILL BE SHIPPED ONLINE AND IT'S IN STOCK and then they cancel the order

Bogdan, Apologies for the complications here. The products are not fake and the product is shipped by COROS. Unfortuantly we did experieince an issue where the VERTIX 2 was listed on the marketplace although inventory was not in stock. For this reason the order was canceled. We are working with the Macy's Marketplace team now to make sure the product does not get relisted. Thanks. COROS

Irresponsible merchant - both Coros and Macy's

The merchant don't send me the watch at all. I talked with Macy's many times and Macy's ask me to contact merchant and merchant don't response any of my asks. What is a ridiculous situation I'm in with Macy's online shopping. I would give no star if possible. So this complain is not only to Coros, but also to Macy's online shopping

Never Received Item

Hard to review as I did not receive this item. It stated that a label was created by the seller. After about 2 weeks I was required to reach out to the seller to determine what was going on as the status never updated nor had I received the item. Coros told me that Macy's listed the item at a price that was not approved by Coros and I was going to receive the refund by the end of the week. My card was charged on 10/31/23 and I have yet to receive a refund or explanation from Macy's. Pretty disappointed with how Macy's has handled this situation. Will not be purchasing future items from them.
