This mattress is not Soft/Plush mattress.

The mattress has a pillow top that is soft to the touch, but underneath, the bed is a firm slab. If you are looking for a soft mattress for real, this is not it. The pillow top cover is soft-feeling, but the bed is still firm when you lay on it. I am quite disappointed with that. :/
