The cords are way too short to reach anything. There's no brick to plug the two baby cords into a wall but you can't reach a wall at all with the cords supplied. The cord for the lower back is about 1 inch long and the cord for the neck is about 1 foot. The heating element does not work at all. This chair is trash and the pad in the neck elevates you too far forward.
