Chair missing Items

I purchased this chair a week ago. Everything was in the bag except the screws. I waited about a week or so to get the product. Unboxed it and boom the bag with the screws was not there. I immediately returned. Won’t be purchasing again. A bit frustrated having to re box, print out return label, drive to delivery return and start process. Too much of an unwanted hassle.

Adjustable Office Desk chair

I really like my chair. I had my custodian put it together for me and it is great...but now, I can't seem to get my chair to lower back down. I let it up because I am short, but I wanted to lower it to make sure the arms go under my desk and not get caught. Well, it is where I need it when I am sitting at my desk, so I am happy regardless.
