worst customer service

The items are very nice however they are not barstools height. I tried to return the items they refuse to exchange nor return they want me to accept the purchase and offer me 40$ back on my card back, even though it’s a safety concern for family my kids can’t. reach proper height to used the chairs they refuse to return my calls nor my emails.
