Faulty product

I purchased this as a gift. And was very disappointed when I got home to wrap it to find the shirt was full of wholes the size of my pinky finger. I had to make an extra trip back to the shops with a baby to return it and purchase something at another store because there were no sizes in stock that I needed for the gift,
