Too cropped, not the best quality

I wanted to love this so bad, the quality is worse than I expected - it’s really thin, and it’s sooo cropped if I lift my arms up you’d be able to see my bra. I also didn’t realise there were little cords on the size to be able to make it tighter/ruched at the bottom but they stick out and don’t look great
