Mislabeled???

I think this pair was marked the wrong size. I ordered a 16, but I think it was a 24. The waist was so large it literally wrapped around me. The legs were so wide, I could fit both legs into one side. I am short, so even with short pants, I have to alter the length, but with these pants, I would have to praciclly make them over.
