I put a small roast, carrots, and potatoes in my 4 qt crockpot. I had it on high for 4 hours. I went to get my food out so I could eat & my potatoes & carrots were still raw. Had to settle for left overs. I Put ir on high for another 6 hours & then it switched itself to low for 4 hours. Everything dried out & tastes rubbery. I definitely would not recommend this product.

Seeking model with 4, 6, 8 and 10 hr setting
which stores sell the model with the 4 settings (4,6,8,10 hrs)? Can only find hi, med and low settings at Target (nearby). Thanks in advance.

Too hot
I've had it for a year or so but I have to watch it all the time as don't matter what temp I put it on it seems like it is on high all the time even the warmer is on high

to fast
A slow cooker it to be slow right. I have a 6 and a 8 QT size, for somethings they are just to big so we got the 4 QT size .. perfect for most of what we cook. Well yesterday we were doing pulled pork . A 3 LB pork roast for 8 hours , well it was done and falling apart in 4 hours .just to fast . The other ones we have are real close to the times set , not this one . I read some other reviews saying this unit was to slow and meals not done after times they should be .. well this one is to fast ..

Lid doesn’t fit securely on the ceramic liner
After a disappointing result for a slow cooker recipe in this unit, I discovered that the ceramic pot is defective and the glass lid doesn’t create a proper seal. This means that the slow cooker will not reach the temperature required to properly cook food. I can rig up a seal for the lid using a silicone sheet used for covering and storing food and aluminum foil, but it is less than optimal and inconvenient.

DOES NOT REACH TEMP
What happened to this brand. I have an old crock pot from a decade ago that's still going. Bought this bigger size to make bigger meals. THIS THING DOESN"T REACH TEMP. 4 hours on high, less than 2/3 full. At the end of 4 hours it's still at 70C... This is the second time I've tried to use it thinking maybe I had done something wrong. NOPE this thing is just horrible. This brand has gone to poop. Shameful. Just so mad. How could you release a product that can't do the one thing it's literally designed to do. And I can see from the other reviews I'm not the only one. Here's my review. I transferred every thing to my instant pot because I actually want to eat dinner tonight and I know it will actually cook my food. What a worthless product.

Set cooker foor 8 hour cooking time as I usually do with my smaller unit, noticed after 4 hours stew was bubbling highly which I thought was unusual. I was right fter 8 stew was over cooked and started to burn on bottom.
