Cracked Pot

Had this Crock Pot for a couple of years now. The pot cracked about a year ago. Continued to use it hoping it would still work, however, it's getting worse. Hard to clean also, food sticks to pot most of the time and the cover isn't tight to the pot. Can I get a replacement pot?

Digital display barely works

I bought this crockpot a few months ago and the digital display barely works. I have to wait at least a minute before I can try pushing any buttons - then when I try pushing low or high cook, or the time up buttons, they rarely work. When I finally get it to set - it turns off right as I push the start button and I have to begin again! Suuuuuper frustrating!!!

Crack pot -

The cooker works perfectly. I splurged on the digital display. My crock cracked as others have mentioned. I tossed it as I was given a new pot by a church member. However, the pot doesn't fit due to the slope of the interior of the cooker. I'm more than a little upset that this happened as I used it weekly or more. Now, I guess I will invest in Insta-pot and use the slow cooker setting.

Bad handle design

the plastic handle on top of the glass cover broke loose from the mounting hardware. otherwise I have no complaints about the cooker.

Stoneware cracks!

As many others here have stated, the stoneware cracks after normal use , without dropping ! Poor design apparently . Worked great otherwise....sigh

Great unit. Stoneware lasted about 6 uses

Exactly what I wanted for our large family but sadly the stoneware lasted about 6 uses and then I noticed cracks forming. Too bad. Now I have to start searching for a new one. Clearly this is a product defect as there are numerous complaints here with the exact same problem.

Cracked after a few uses

After the first half dozen times using, things we great and I thought I had a great product. It wasn’t until the other day when we went to use the crock pot when we noticed a crack that had developed and spread. It was handled with care before and after every use and stored properly. I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth
