Horrible

I always purchase a Macys in the store and I love it,but at the moment I will not satisfy at all how the management of online is doing. I had order just to small thins a pair of crocs and little charms to put on the crocs, when I order said the delivery can be for next day. Whoever they delivery a box at my old address, and the box was empty is disrespectful, unprofessional, I call to report the issue, and the person who supported to help me was nasty, saying that what I need to do is wait to receive when ever it gets to me. Because the crocs will arrive and separate order… Very bad costumer service and very disappointed
