does not work

I just started using it yesterday after few months of buying it, and unfortunately it doesn’t work, now I trying with the customer service to check if this machine has any warranty or we just lost our money.

it’s said it causes cancer

I don’t want to use I am scared and we are not allowed to return that one shows later once you paid

Not so good!

I have used it twice. First time it barely made half a cup! Second time I had to hold the button down a few times to make half a cup. The cup doesn't fit in the stand. Macy's states no return NO RETURNS I call the makers company and was told someone would return my call with a solution. It has been a couple weeks now still no phone call. I am very surprised at Macy's with the no return policy on Last Acts.

Great Espresso for a Bargain

I love espresso and I've always been hesitant of home machines such as the Crux 19 Bar Espresso Capsule Coffee Maker. I saw that it was on sale at Macys and the reviews were a bit mixed. I was very skeptical but I took the chance anyway. I'm glad that I was in for a surprise. It makes great Espresso! Yes, the temperature could be hotter but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I get to enjoy great espresso when I want for a fraction of the cost. This is worth the purchase.
