No replacement parts available

I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product. The air fryer is decent. However, the basket is cheap and you are unable to buy replacement parts for this product. Once you need a new basket or handle, you will have to throw this product away. Don't waste your money. I would recommend purchasing another brand in which replacement parts are available.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased in March 2020 and today it completely stopped working. If you're going to use frequently DO NOT purchase! I'm trying to get a replacement and Macy's is not being helpful!

Air fryer.

I bought this in may, used it a few times and now it makes a sound like something is lose, I tried to return it but I was told I need the receipt because is a 60 day return policy, it worked good I really liked it but I’m upset that it making that noice and now I can’t return it or use it because I’m afraid to do so, very disappointed.
