Crux Thermal Coffee has my vote of confidence!

Wonderful product! First of all, my coffee maker choice is a pot of coffee, not individual servings. Secondly, I alway select a thermal carafe so my coffee remains hot & doesn’t give off a burnt taste when sitting for a couple hours while staying hot. The Crux is easy to clean, program and has wonderful features like coffee strength, attractive design and easy to pour water into the well. The coffee stays hot for quite a while. As with any machine, it is important to quickly rinse the basket and leave the lid open to dry so bacteria doesn’t develop. Very pleased with Macy’s product!

Great coffee maker

This was on sale and a great buy for the value of the coffee made. Its a bit larger than expected but well worth it

nice product, terrible perfomance

The coffee maker is nice but the coffee does not come hot enough, I want to return it but the return time already passed.

Cold coffee

I agree with all the previous posts about cold coffee. Pay more and get a coffee pot that makes hot coffee.

Great product

Just recently bought the Crux coffee pot. I love that even an hour later the coffee is still hot! You can also adjust the strength of the coffee. ..perfect.

Better than most reviews!

Kept coffee hot - even warm overnight! Some times I would reheat coffee left from previous morning and found it was still warm! Was surprised! I purchased it because it is thermal. My only complaint is that it is only 10 cups and was replacing a 14 cup coffee maker! I don't always consume 14 cups but most times the 10 cup was not enough. Found it a little difficult to fill water reservoir.

A great coffee maker!

This coffee maker is easy to use. It comes with it's own filter so no need to purchase paper filters for this machine. It is easy to clean and it keeps the coffee hot after it's made. It's awesome because you can also set it on the table for guests and it remains hot.
