Utterly disappointed.
I purchased this necklace as a gift for a baptism. Online, it appeared beautiful and the stones presented to be close together as if the gold below was fused or bridged tightly. However, that's not how this piece is in actuality. There are large gaps in between each of the stones, and there is a large gaps in between the gold. It looks very poorly made, unfortunately. So much so, that one of the stones was dislodged via transport. When it arrived, it was in a barely- bubble wrapped- plastic envelope. Inside was a tiny ziplock bag with the necklace hanging on the card stock ALONE. There was no box sent with this necklace. It was in transit without any protection. The gold medal is extremely thin and appears very fragile. ALSO, it was sent without a receipt in the packaging. There was no price tag or any kind of marker or indication that it came from Macy's. I need to return this. If I could, I would give this a zero rating, but macy's won'let me.
Horrible quality
Over priced Trash waste of Money! Some stones fell out after a few months! I feel ripped off, probably could of gotten a better necklace at Clair’s .
Do Not Buy
I had read a few reviews of this necklace that were not good. Many said one or two stones were missing, the chain was cheap and it was tangled when they rec'd it. Well, I should have taken their advice and "not" bought it. As soon as I opened it, the chain was tangled up and a stone was missing. The cross was light as a feather as if I bought it from a gum ball machine. So disappointed. I am returning it tomorrow.

Shoddy craftsmanship. Stone fell out in 34 days. Macy's refused to make it right. Not only would I not recommend this product, I have lost my faith in Macys. Too bad there is not a zero rating.
Poor quality
I bought this for my daughter for christmas. 3 days after christmas she was getting out of the shower and the clasp came loose and the cross pendent fell to the floor. Upon hitting the tile floor 2 of the gems fell out. The prongs holding them were very frail and shows that it will not hold up long term

very nice but when received it had a missing rhinestone 😢
