Soft and comfortable.

The leggings are very soft and I love the blue color. I wish they were a bit less bulky around the waist because I like to wear them underneath pants. Very comfortable though.

loose legs tight waistband

I guess I have a big waist and skinny legs. The legs did not fit like leggings at all, they were loose, and the waistband is tight. Not what I was looking for

Thin material

These are pretty thin, so I would categorize these more as long johns to wear underneath your pants in the winter, not true leggings to wear on their own.
