Well made

Easy to remove sugar from sticky chicken, I don’t like that it didn’t have a wooden cover to help with leaving food on the table!

Poor quality

I followed the instructions before using the wok, and all the carbon came out painting the food, I do not recommend it, it is terrible quality, and work I have to go to pay it back.

Pre-seasoned wok needs more seasoning?

Strange experience. Says wash with warm water etc. Did that. Says pre-seasoned. So I cooked today and food tasted fine. BUT, when I tried washing the wok, a patchy lighter surface emerged at the bottom. I wiped with oil and paper and more black stuff came off. Don't know what that is. Customer service at Macy's said that should not have happened. Therefore returning the wok.

Perfect for even stir frying

High quality wok for the price. Just keep it cleaned and greased like you would your favorite cast iron pan.
