Disasters averted
While busily prepping for breakfast guests, I would plug in my coffee maker at the perfect time. I then would proceed to continue with food prep. Smelling the freshly brewed coffee I would glance over, only to see coffee running across my counter and grounds being deposited in the pot! Disaster in process. The pot was not seated perfectly to allow coffee to drip and grounds to not overflow. Cleaning that mess one too many times, it was time for a new coffee maker. I was gifted a new Cuisinart! My guests assured me those disasters would now be over, and they have been. I am so thankful for the gift and the positive and reassuring recommendations.

The brew button is not functioning properly Very surprising I have been using this brand of coffee machine since 2000 Never had any issues

Not recommended
The filter keeps clogging, spilling coffee grounds into my coffee pot

Awful Machine - Extremely Disappointed
Awful!!! Only brewed coffee twice before getting an error message and flashing brew button light. I’ve owned several Cuisinart coffee makers over the years and have always been happy with them. Not sure what happened in the product development and testing cycle on this one, but it’s a huge failure. (Look at the other reviews). Please tell me Cuisinart isn’t going the way of American auto manufacturers— more technology with zero reliability.

Nice upgrade from previous versions
I purchased this coffee maker for a replacement of my 6 year old coffee maker. Love the updates of being able to add water from the front of the unit.

Disappointing
I was extremely excited to update my old cuisinart coffee maker with this beautiful new one. Opened on Christmas - It worked one time, brewed one full pot of coffee, and has not worked since. I searched for other similar issues online or troubleshooting tips and nothing helps resolve the issue. This is unfortunately going to be returned.

It's not working.
Less than a month ago we purchased this to replace a Cuisinart coffee maker we had for 20 years. Then we went to make coffee on Christmas morning and it wouldn't brew. All the lights went on but nothing happened. The function knob wouldn't work. Returning it today.
