Love these pans, use for a lot of things, not just frittatas. Easy to clean also, nothing sticks!

1st time use & Love it

I used this set for the first time today with the Spanish tortilla recipe included. because I love cheese, I added 1/3 c of cheese on top before flipping. the cheese didn’t stick! I’m sold! my only hope is that it continues to perform like this. I have purchased many pots/pans from Macy’s, and , unfortunately, the non-stick feature doesn’t last. if you are considering this pan, and like me, have never made a frittata, check this pan out on YouTube. I purchased after watching it in action.

I LOVE THIS PAN!

I bought this pan over 2 years ago & my whole family has fallen in love with frittatas since then. My recent purchase of 2 more of these are for a friend & cousin who love the ones I make. I know they will enjoy making good food like I do in them for other friends & family.

These are large, 10 inch frying pans

Was looking for an omelet pan. These are nice, sturdy pans but they are large 10 inch pans (nowhere does it state this). Was hoping they were standard 8 inch. My husband and I like completely different ingredients so this is too big to work for us. I might try crepes as I ordered it online and it's too much of a hassle to ship back and no Macy's within 3 hours from me. Aside from the size of the pans, they are very good frying pans - just know what you're getting.
