Works great, cheap lid

Works great, but the cheap lid is difficult to get on and off, and the center part off the lid is impossible to remove with the blender running, which is what you are supposed to do when adding ice cubes. I have to stop the blender every time to add anything. I'm afraid if I don't, I'll move the whole base so much that I break the mechanism underneath.

Unhappy

I bought this blender for the compact size & i don’t need to touch the blades for cleaning but mostly the great cuisinart warranty. After less than a month, it stopped spinning with any liquid in the container. After a call, cuisinart will NOT replace this but will only repair the motor base. I’m very disappointed in this company. I buy their products frequently. I’ve only had one other issue (years ago) which was handled & replaced promptly. I don’t know what’s changed in their policy.

My disappointment

I am not very satisfied with this product because it doesn’t blend properly when the ingredients are not liquid. I am trying to exchange it, however I love this brand ...

Product Quality

Plastic center piece of lid will crack and eventually come apart if you are blending hot drinks. (Coffee) Rubber lid will not seal if you are blending hot drinks or attempting to clean knit with hot soapy water as per instruction. Wish I never bought it. Will never try any of their products again.

Bar blender

We use the blender for smoothies and bar drinks and shakes and it is great. Powerful motor and I like the glass pitcher. Works fine and easy to clean.
