Two times now the paddle has worked its way loose.

Love Love Love this bread maker, compact and makes awesome dough and bread. I love the no mess put in the ingredients and a few hours later I have fresh bread, dough etc. I would definitely recommend this bread maker to anyone looking to make fresh bread at home!!!

Like others before me, I took time to research and decide which bread maker to buy. When this little space saver of an appliance arrived I liked the compact size and hoped for the best. I followed the instructions as listed in the provided instruction/recipe booklet and both breads came out perfect. What's great is that you know what's in the bread and can add/control what you want in it. It will save me time to go to the store and buy bread from now on.

I live on a sailboat and this breadmaker is perfect. It is compact in size but can still make a 2 lb loaf. Every recipe we have tried so far has been excellent. Low wattage, as well, so it doesn't use up too much of our battery bank.

Compact and very easy to use. I have made bread every week in this maker and we love everything about it!

The bread maker works great, but I have determined it is best to use it mainly for preparing the dough and rising until the final rise, and then removing the dough and reshaping, rising and baking in my oven. If I let it run through a complete course, the bread is unattractive, crust is hard and for French bread or artisan cycle.

The smaller size fits perfectly onto a counter and it produces fabulous bread! We’ve made a few recipes from the cookbook that was enclosed and all needed additional liquid so keep that in mind when trying the recipes! Once I perfected the recipes, the bread was amazing and the smell of bread baking reminds me of my Grandma’s kitchen!!

the pre-programmed "rise" times are much too short on this unit. the results are very disappointing. i only use this to mix/knead, then take the dough out and let it rise on its own and bake the bread in my oven. coulda/shoulda got a mixer instead of this.
