After 40 years
I originally got my first food processor from my mother in law 40 years ago or near that time. It finally became hard to get the safety switches to work, so I bought another one, it’s exactly the same size and pretty much identical as the old one, it’s a little lighter, but packs the same power as my old one. There was no learning curve for this one, made it much easier to operate right out of the box. If this one last 40 years it will be the longest two machines I’ve ever owned. Hope everyone gets as much use as I do with there’s.

Cradle to Grave
We bought our first Cuisinart Food Processor 40 years ago and even though it was getting a little tired, we still loved it. We had lower expectations for this new one but were pleasantly surprised to find that it is performing just as good as the original. We plan to will it to our grandchildren.

Versatile
After 30+ years, my Cuisinart food processor needed to be replaced. My new one works great and handles larger vegetables and chunks of cheese. As always, it's powerful and the blades are super sharp. Definitely, a great addition.

Do all Cuisinarts last at least 52 years?
After 52 years with my original Cuisinart, the bowl was in bad shape so I bought a new one! (It did still work!) Planning on new one lasting at least another 52 years!

Great processor, bad engineering on the workbowl
Our previous Cuisinart food processor had the same problem as this one. The workbowl clicks into place via two small pieces of plastic. It took 15 years before the plastic broke on our first processor's workbowl, but only 6 years before the plastic on both sides broke on this 11 cup Pro. We loved everything about both of the food processors, but this engineering flaw has driven us to Ninja.
