Not what I expected

I am very disappointed in the product. Instructions were very limited, as were recipes/cooking instructions. I have tried cooking on it several times ... food was barely edible.

Perfect for making panini-pressed sandwiches

Works perfectly to make panini-pressed sandwiches, however the weight of the upper portion will squish a sandwich with really soft bread so I pre-toast the bread to make it stiffer and then make sandwich and press it. My new favorite kitchen gadget.

Must Have!!!

This product is very ergonomic with its heavy-duty removable and dual purpose plates. We super love the panini press function -- the crisp is a next-level toast. This item deserves a place on your counter.
