    Time for a change

I never was a Keurig coffee maker fan. I had a Bosch Tassimo coffee maker for over 10 years. Keurigs never last that long. I have used Cuisinart appliances and this gives me so many options. I'm impressed. It allows me to have different temperatures, using my own coffee blends, teas, and just hot water! Loving it!

    Failed after 6 months.

Failed after 6 months. It's under warranty, but the process looks like it's going to take a couple of weeks. My last Keurig unit lasted 7 years. My mistake in buying Cuisinart. Never again.

    Love it!

The Cuisinart machine heats up quickly and consistently delivers a good cup of coffee. I’m so glad I switched from Keurig.

Good, but could have been better.

Owned a previous version of this coffee maker for quite a few years, and was quite happy with it - until if stopped working. Replaced it with what I thought would be the same one. The new version is almost the same with a few differences: First, it heats the water as it is brewing - a definite plus. No more waiting for the water to get hot before brewing a cup of coffee. Second, the water tank does not have a light. Sometimes I find myself brewing a cup in very subdued light. Would be nice to know how much water is in the tank. Third, and probably my biggest complaint - it is very noisy. The older version was whisper quiet. This one can be heard throughout the house. That was my biggest reason for not giving it 5 stars.

    Quite a Few Options Available

We have actually had 3 of these and like the options available to use. I especially like the hot water feature for oatmeal or soups. Just wish they would hold up a bit longer......

So Far Very Superior to Keurig

I have not had the product for very long, but so far it is far superior to the multiple short lived Keurig coffee makers that I have had. It very rapidly heats the water when switched on after hours off - no need to leave it on. The water capacity is very good and easier to fill than Keurig models. The cup holder and lid also seem more sturdy and effective. My only concern is where it is manufactured which has shown to be problematic for Keurig.
