Problem with clasp

One of the earring clasps does not fully lock. I am going to go to Macys and try to exchange or return them.

Unstable Clasp

I am really sad about these cute huggie earrings. I purchased and wore once to a wedding and the 2nd time I wore them one was lost. I noticed the clasp on one never "clicked" or felt as sturdy as the other. I should not have worn them and exchanged but alas, my loss. So be sure and check closure.
