Gorgeous Ring!

Beautiful Ring - the pearl stands up a little higher than I thought it would but that’s because of my expectations. I thought it was a flatter pearl for some reason. I love this ring. Exceeds my expectations. Sparkly diamonds. It’s gorgeous.

Never Recieved my Ring Order

I ordered this ring over a week ago and it still has not shipped. Spoke to Customer Service and they keep telling me give it more time. If you want it quickly do not order this ring online.

Missing diamond

I ordered a size 6.5 and was sent a size 5. I sent that ring back and ordered the correct size 6.5. When the ring arrived it was missing a diamond on the band. I've been wearing it for 2 Sundays now but the missing diamond is really irritating me! What should I do?

The pear came off the ring , did not wear the ring many times and only at work in the office . Very unhappy of the situation so I lost the pearl and the ring is without ☹️

Defective stem

I really loved this ring. However, i only had it a couple of months and the pearl fell off. I exchanged it for the same ring however, received it and twisted the pearl and it fell right off. The stem is way too short and the pearl is not secure. Macys was good about the exchange because it was within the 60 days.I will be shopping for a different ring.
