Disappointed

My husband gave them to me for Christmas. They were a little too big for me but my disappointment came with the packaging. The earrings were not connected within the box. It appears that they were a return, which is fine but the backings did not match the earring. It appears someone swapped them out. When I returned them to fine jewelry at one of the stores, I showed the individual, who agreed and apologized. She was surprised that they were sent out like that too.
