4th time I wore the ring lost pearl Macy's no help

I bought this ring online in April 2023 and received in Canada in May 2023. It is a beautiful ring. I love it. I was very careful wearing it. Between May and August I wore it 3 times. The 4th time the pearl fell and I couldn't find it. Macy's did not help me repair the ring and did not replace it, and I think they could do it. Since I haven't received any help with this matter, the rating is 1. There is no option for a lower rating. I am very disappointed.

This is one of the most beautiful rings I have gotten from Macy's. color is like a mauve pink which i love.

Just Beautiful !!

I saw this ring and had to have it. The pearl is huge so it is perfect for me. The rose gold with the pink pearl is beautiful. I’m not sure how it happened - but the matching necklace and earrings showed up, too.

Gorgeous!!

This ring is very beautiful !! It's just as pictured. However, I bought it in a size too small...it seems it's best as a middle finger ring...the pearl is very large....I'm on my way to exchange it at my local Macy's for a larger size so I can wear it on my middle finger....amazing design....so grateful Macy's had it in my size on the other side of town....Highly recommend!!
