Bad quality

The dress is beautiful, comfy and very flattering; but the quality is so bad that I won't be able to wear it again. The strap was sewn wrong which made it impossible to adjust and a lot of the unions ripped after the first use. When did Macys start selling such cheap pieces?

Never received

Never received item. When I placed the order I realized it had an old address. Which was a Friday night. Customer Service was closed. I tried to cancel the order no success. When I finally reached the rep the next day he seemed clueless and put me on hold stating he could not change the shipping address nor cancel the order even though it was just a few hours prior. He told me to wait and change with the post office who also gave me the run around when I tried to intercept the package. So the post office advised it was delivered and possibly go to the address which is an hour or so away and knock on the door to ask for the package 🙄. So I have been waiting about a refund or something from Macy’s and so far crickets. With so many other retailers out there this will be my last purchase

I really love this dress only wish it came in plus size,I would have purchased this and wore it for my birthday
