no notification

I was never notified that the product was ready for pick up. I finally arrived at the store to pick it up on the last day available, only for them to have cancelled the order the morning of. the product is now three times as excitement. very poor customer service.

Nice

These are nice everyday dinnerware. Exactly as described - dinner plates are smaller than the usual size. My only disappointment that these dishes do get HOT - whether they are microwaved, or food served on them.

Timeless design and perfect size

Love this 12 piece plate/bowl set. They’re not heavy and the bowls and plates are all perfect sizes for everyday meals or snacks. Seems to be a great size and weight. The design is very simple and sleek. Goes well with any style kitchen.

They were on a major sale for a reason Some of the plates are warped with small bumps in the center. But I’m not dragging them back to replace the.

Poor package and delivery

The delivery has been awful and the plates broken into pieces. I had to return it.
