This purse is amazing the texture the colour and the amount of space inside. Enough for my cell shades everything. I just love it.

Did not receive it!

I ordered Cypress Top Zip Convertible Satchel with Pouch, on December 20th, and Macys guaranteed the delivery by Christmas Eve (I have a screenshot), which it did not happen. As far as I am concerned, the Macys broke the contract and failed to delivery the product as it was promised to do it.

Bye Bye Calvin Klein

The purse I purchased from my go to designer, Calvin Klein is a no go to purse The top zip does not budge, does not bend, does not zip I've tried everything, but I cannot get this purse to zipper closed I won't purchase any other Calvin purses. This one I received as a present and only just used it for the first time and forget it

Seller is very slow at shipping this item, order made on 12/5/24, today is 12/17/24, still no delivery. Christmas is very close.

Nice bag

I prefer bags a little larger; description said large; not a fan of the crossbody strap - way too wide and feels like fake leather; had another bag with a thinner strap so i am using that; bag is made very well

I bought this handbag a month ago in black color. Very nice design. Based on the description the handbag supposed to be 14" w - when arrive it I sow it was smaller and I measured it - the handbag is 12 " wide not 14" wide.
