Misleading display

In this purchase they displayed a black dress and sold a blue skirt very misleading sale. I am still trying to figure out how to make this return

Well

Purchased a medium fit perfdctly but returned it and REORDERED a Large, . Dia Moda did not give me a full refund claiming skirt was damaged. Ridiculess i returned skirt exactly how they sent it to me. I hope MACYS will no longer do buisness with this dishoest people. They need to understand that their will be returnes if item doest fit. Pic below is what they sent me of supposed damage.
