Stripped adjustment screw

The lamp arrived with no apparent damage. After assembly, the rear single unit would not hold any adjustment. I just have to leave it hang down touching the stand. It should have been checked to be sure all the adjustments worked properly. I probably won't purchase anything else from this company for lack of quality control.
