Beautiful and sleek

It is quite beautiful and sleek. I have it sitting on top of a cabinet full of cat statues (they were my Mom's). I love the lampshade - it gives off a very nice glow. Glad I purchased it.

Low Quality Shade

This lamp is described as having a mica shade. Perhaps mica is used as a pigment for the plastic, but it is not mica. The panels barely fit in the metal slots of the shade, you can see light gapping around the edge.

Cats. We need more cats.

Just charming. They don't throw off a huge amount of light, but at my age, who wants to see that clearly anyway?
