Have had these for a little over a year. Very comfortable, easy to keep clean. I only wish they had heat :)

Tried to order this, several times, problem with the sales dept or something and when i finally did I had to wait months for it and when I called in when the expected eta time came near they said it would take a few mor months so I just canceled it, and got something similar at Ashley.

I ordered my sectional in AUG.2021 , and I finally received it today and I must say 'it most certainly was worth the wait it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, the leather is smooth the styling of the sofa is very Classy ,I ordered it in dove grey and that's exactly what color it is ,I got it for family room but it most certainly would look good in a living room also ,Iam saying all this because the city I live in the macys here didnot have a floor sample so it purchased unseen, but it is everything my sales person told me it would be and the delivery men were very caring and professional, hope this post will help someone who like me lives in a city were MACYS doesnt have a floor sample , this leather sectional is absolutely GORGEOUS, hope all moving parts continue to function as well

I waited 8 months for delivery, but it was worth the wait. The couch is beautiful! It has wide seats, thick leather, and most importantly; it’s comfortable! I ordered the dove gray, but It’s more cream in color

The color. The couch is not white is kind of between beige and off white. The are bigger than they look online. Very nice piece of furniture.

Very low quality sectional. The right arm recliner broke a week after it arrived. I sat down and pressed the button to recline. A second later, I hear a POP and the back of the recliner slumped backwards. I get up to look at the back and the backrest is ripped AND it's out of place and loose. I can't even sit in it for fear it will completely fall apart if I recline. The return policy is limited to 3 days of delivery so I was forced to keep it. I'm now stuck with 2 sectional couches that I'm afraid will break every time someone sits down on it.

The quality of the sofa is really good, wide seats , very comfortable. I love the colour . Very happy with my purchase !!!

appearance is ok, but comfort has declined at a about 1 year, seat collapsing and the same problem as one of the other reviews, the recliner has a flaw in design and has broken twice, the first time it was fixed in 2-3 months, this time the guy came out in June or July and said he would order the part, (he knew what it was before he came out) it is now Oct11 and they have not been back, I said I wanted to return it but they told me they would not take it back, the warranty is misrepresented at purchase and I will not stop complaining in social media and other places. I am very disappointed with this purchase
