Beautiful but painful

Really beautiful boots, very high quality construction but the leather is so stiff at the top that it cuts into my leg. I’ve tried adding pads, etc and thick socks but nothing helps. Also, they’re not wide boots but feels like there’s too much leather across the top of the foot. The fit is a bit awkward. I can’t return them so I’ll keep trying to make them work but wouldn’t recommend buying these. My other Nisolo boots are perfection.

Pretty good

Love the color. The leather looks and feels a little stiff but I'm hoping it will look/feel better with repeated wear.

Front scuffed on carpet after one wearing

I wore these once indoors and the color scuffed off the fronts of them on my carpet. I have tried to contact Nisolo about a return/exchange but have not heard back.

Gorgeous, well made boot

These are perfect, classic, go-everywhere boots, and the gold zipper adds just the right touch of polish and style. They’re slightly higher than I would have liked, but I’m a wimp when it comes to heels. I’m normally an 8 but sized up to an 8. 5 to accommodate an extra insole, and they’re perfect.

Beautifully Classic Top Notch boots

Since my Dari 1. 0's are really tight in the toes (like. . . can't feel my toes at the end of the day). . . I tried the 2. 0's in my usual 7. 5 and also in an 8. I found my true size 7. 5 to be perfect lengthwise but my toes still feel a bit squished. I had happy feet all around in the 8's AND they were much easier to zip up in the back. BUT. . they are a little long and make walking a tad awkward. Nisolo shoes do tend to feel snug for the first couple wears but then as they stretch and break in they become perfectly comfortable. The quality of these boots is superb. The leather is very durable. Nutmeg color is gorgeous! My Nisolo boots look new after years of daily New England walks. I think I am going to go with the 8s since I'd rather double up on socks than wait and see if they break in enough for my toes to stop complaining!
