defective

I don't understand why people didn't inspect the painting before send it out. I was so happy to received the package until the moment I opened it. It was an obvious defect on the painting as the pictures. It's waste everyone's time to delivery, return, exchange or refund...I want to ask whoever pack the painting, how would you feel if this is something you looking forward to..
