The furniture looks beautiful in our Master Bedroom. We purchased 5 pieces and it all came in without a scratch. Very solid furniture! We did purchase the “White Glove Delivery” and it was worth every penny. Julio & Angel were OUTSTANDING! They were super sweet and professional and left no mess/boxes on their way out. We will be purchasing from Macy’s Furniture again!

We purchased 2 of this dresser to place side by side instead of a chest. Looks great together and I love the height. Its just a few inches taller than some other dressers. 39 inches instead of 36. Makes a beautiful wall unit in the bedroom. Dresser color is very nice and the drawers are good size and slide open nicely. Over all very pleased with this purchase.

Ordering was a breeze. The item is ok, but NOT SOLID WOOD. Drawers open and close ok. Make sure you screw handles all the way. Screws are a bit short. Item is for sale on other sites and those all mention this is not solid wood. Looks like site pic. But shipping is a circus. You cannot speak to anyone in the US. Representatives in India are pleasant but there isn't anything they can help with. Macy's site said order was delivered the first week, but it had not even been picked up by UPS. I called customer service 4 times over the next few weeks and there really isn't anything they can do. It gets here when it gets here They don't know if item is sitting in US or India. Without any warning, the two nightstands were delivered at my front door today. One with a big hole in the box - as well as in the back of the nightstand. I'm so disgusted after a month, that I just put it in the room. I can't go through that hassle again.

As another reviewer pointed out and saved us, this bed does require box spring. Fortunately caught the issue in time and will be canceling our order. I actually verified in store thst this requires box spring.

This bed frame is simple amazing. All wood. Heavy sturdy and the upholstered part is simply beautiful. It’s not super plush putting your head to it but it’s enough to sit up in bed (there is a pillow between you anyway) the fabric does have an odor that needs to be aired out, we sprayed fabric softener to help. The bed is massive so have the space for this in king size. Our mattress and box spring have a gap in the bedroom (head and footboard side) it can be scary if you have little people climbing your bed but it allows the bed sheets to hang over. This is a quality piece that easily could be $4k listed and sold. Absolutely glad I jumped on it when it was on sale gives the bragging rights of a sturdy beautiful quality piece for a fraction of the cost.

This completes my bedroom update- I also have the 3 drawer nightstand and the 6 drawer dresser- good quality and refined style- That said- they took a few weeks to “air out”, possibly a strong varnish smell? If you’re sensitive- beware! But I’m not - opened the drawers and windows, smell is fading. Love the look and felt this line is a good value for the look and quality!

Bed is nice, however the delivery was terrible. I ordered the bed and two nightstands, on delivery day the back of the bed was completely cut open and the filling was falling out. I declined the bed and was told Macys would contact me to reschedule. After no one called me, I called Macys and was on the phone for one hour determining a new delivery date. A week later the bed was supposed to be delivered but I never received a time frame for delivery. I called Macys again and they stated they could not deliver on the date I was given but could the next day. Neither delivery day did the gentleman wear foot covers or gloves. The nightstand were simply placed in my bedroom not against a wall just put in the room. The top of the bed had a scuff mark from when they assembled the furniture outside on the street. I noticed when the delivery men were done and they just shrugged their shoulders and asked me to sign.

We had a great experience with the delivery of these items, plus our sectional sofa order. The gentlemen who delivered the items were on time, professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The furniture is great too!
