Extremely Pleased

Macy's: Just received my beautiful grey bookcase and I am extremely pleased! After waiting several weeks for the correct color to be available, I am so glad I did. The dimensions and quality of construction are as advertised and will be a welcome addition to my home. I'm filling it up already. Thanks and praise for Juan, Eddie, and Danny who were outstanding. Aside from arriving precisely on time they were thoroughly professional and their 'white glove' delivery was as advertised. Great job, guys!
