Bad zipper returned

These appear to be comfortable BUT the zipper would not work so I could not try them on so I returned them.

Awesome colors

No support

I really wanted to love these—they look super cute! But there was zero support on the bottoms...I would have had to buy insoles to wear them without pain. The bottoms appear to be completely flat. They look cute, and the zippers are nice, but they are not what I was hoping for. The return process isn't the best, either. You can't process a return yourself—you have to submit a form and wait for a response. So far it's been two days, and I haven't gotten any communication, which is a bit frustrating.

Super Cute & Lightweight!

I did love these black Naomi Double Gores I bought to walk my dog this winter. I managed to get them on but my usual size 9 order were way too small. Loved how slender and small they made my feet look though. They are more like a shoe than a slipper which is basically what I wanted. 4 stars because I expect more padding from my Dearfoams. I still remember picking out my first pair of booties at Sanger Harris over 40 yrs ago.
