Product Appeared to be Used

While the product itself so far has been great, the box appeared to have been previously opened and the machine seemed to have been used and scratched in several places. This was a gift and thankfully the recipient did not care and preferred not to wait on getting a replacement. However, I was a bit embarrassed by the state of the machine and disappointed that something in that state gets resold. I'll likely rethink purchasing from here again for similar items.

Great product

It’s sturdy and easy to use. It also is not too big so fits well into any kitchen. I make Americanos with it and they’re delicious!

Disappointed

Worked well I For about a week, then ESE pods and pugs kept getting stuck and temp wasn’t hot anymore. Gave the machine away

It was too small for my liking a regular cup don’t fit in. It has to be a small one. I had to return it!
