Not working popertly

Brewed very slowly the first day I used it, and then not at all. I've tried to call the service line of Delonghi and stay on the phone for nearly an hour until I had to hang up. Tried the chat feature but they are unable to help, requested a call back, I was very excited to get this machine this Christmas and I am very disappointed that I've been unable to used it. Hopefully I find a resolution and will then update my feedback.

Product Appeared to be Used

While the product itself so far has been great, the box appeared to have been previously opened and the machine seemed to have been used and scratched in several places. This was a gift and thankfully the recipient did not care and preferred not to wait on getting a replacement. However, I was a bit embarrassed by the state of the machine and disappointed that something in that state gets resold. I'll likely rethink purchasing from here again for similar items.

Disappointed

Worked well I For about a week, then ESE pods and pugs kept getting stuck and temp wasn’t hot anymore. Gave the machine away
