It was too small for my liking a regular cup don’t fit in. It has to be a small one. I had to return it!

So good that I bought two.

This system is easy to use. The espresso and Capuchino taste delicious. The frothed milk process has a slight learning curve, but after watching a few videos on the system, I've got it. I also watched a video to set up, the directions are all pictures, no words. I bought this for the office at work and loved it so much that I bought one for home too.

opened box

I have no change to use this espresso maker . I received huge box and opened DeLonghi box inside . It is ok that its opened , but Half of parts been missing . I been very disappointed. I waited this machine like no tomorrow and its came in this condition . BAD Customer Service
