I am not a review writer, but felt compelled to hop on here to say this machine rocks. I had never personally made my own espresso before and it was super easy to pick up and I am now very well caffeinated. Really enjoy making my espresso or cold brew with this machine as part of my daily routine/ ritual. Buying good coffee and making tasty espresso now is a game changer!

Love it!
I’ve been using this machine for about a month now but I wanted to use all the features and give it some time before I wrote a review. I was a barista for several years and this is my fourth? at-home espresso machine in a few years, and I LOVE it. I genuinely didn’t know you could make espresso with bright crema on top at home until I got this machine. The texture of my lattes is smoother and creamier, the quality is better, and it’s so easy to use. I’ll start with the cons because I only have a few: •the steaming wand doesn’t move as much as others I’ve used and if I have a full pitcher of milk I either have to life the machine or spill the milk to remove it once it’s steamed. It also occasionally takes a bit of time to get going.. initially it seemed like it was getting slower over time but it seems more sporadic now. •the auto shutoff is way too quick, IMO. PROS: •The water tank and drip tray are both really large and do not have to be refilled or emptied often •very straightforward and easy to use once you figure out your initial preferences •there are several options for grind level, water heat, etc and once you figure out the best one for your coffee it makes really high quality espresso every time •the double shot is larger than most which I really like, but there’s also the single shot option • it’s SO easy and mess-free to grind and tamp the beans •milk frother can get milk really hot, and really smooth •I love the americano option, it makes things so easy • the cold brew is pretty good considering how quickly it can be made

“Espresso ….“
I tried it several times and also with different ground coffee or with the grinder, I saw tutorials about the condensation of the powder, etc, but it never reaches the pressure area which is around 8 or 9 barometers when I try to make an espresso.

Great for advanced baristas
Great machine if you know what you are doing! I don’t know how to use it but my husband does and he makes an amazing cup of coffee every single time!

Cute pretty coffee maker, great espresso!
We got this espresso coffee maker at a very good price. Unbelievably good coffee! Barista level coffee and a cute look at the kitchen counter. Love it!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I bought this machine ~3 weeks ago. It never worked out of box. They are requiring me to pay to return the espresso machine. The communication has been pathetic to say the least. I'm sure they will respond with another automated message explaining they are sorry. Don't buy from them, they are truly a dysfunctional mess.

coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coffee. I did not enjoy this machine at all. The milk frother was not great - the milk was watery. The coffee was bitter. And I don't recommend buying it from Bloomingdales. I bought it on a Sunday, received it Tuesday and tried to return it on Thursday. Bloomingdales did not want to take it back because I used it. All together, a very unpleasant experience
